Car Rental Service
Motivation Matrix
During my University studies, I was involved with a group project that required drafting several information models on existing business concepts. My group chose to analyze the Car Rental industry and developed several iterations of the Motivation Matrix that outline the stakeholders’ motivations and impact in relation to other stakeholders.
Value Network Model
My group developed a Value Network Model that highlights the relationship between entities and stakeholders within the industry, and the different types of value created and exchanged between each.
Sales Process Flow (Car Rental)
My group also developed the Sales Process Flow of a typical use case for a student who is renting a vehicle for one day. The process flow explains the multi-faceted process from front-end to back-end during each step of the customer’s journey during the interaction.

Case Study – “LoLKing” Website
“Onion Model” Stakeholder Analysis
During my University studies, I developed business models as part of an ongoing business structure module where I used a popular game website known as “LoLKing” (www.lolking.net) as my case study. I conducted an Onion Model stakeholder analysis.

Business Model Canvas
Using the same website and business structure, I developed a Business Model Canvas that highlighted the cost/revenue channels, key performance indicators and resources, and the potential value propositions that customer segments would find.
