As a division of TD, MBNA Canada offers a wide selection of rewards-based credit cards with the goal of simplified credit usage. I worked with MBNA stakeholders and developers on improving and optimizing experiences within their Mobile App (iOS/Android) and their Secure platform for existing customers, along with redesigning their Bill Pay Insurance experience through high-level prototyping and user testing.

Jackman Reinvents – 2015

As a Marketing & New Business Intern, my internship with one of Toronto’s most innovative creative agencies enabled me to learn and refine my skills in market research, retail trend analysis, customer relations, and growth strategy. I also directly assisted in the short-term and long-term strategy of the Marketing team. From this experience, I developed sharpened Marketing knowledge about trends and tactics utilized by today’s brand leaders, and innovative ways to gain new customer insights.

Patio Interactive – 2014

As a design intern and prototype developer of the application, I conceptualized a mid-fidelity prototype of the game using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Flash) to simulate several scenarios of customers needing assistance with Cross-Border Banking products. I was in charge of designing the preliminary graphics, creating the user journey and storyboards, and programming the application through Flash. The end product was a working prototype of the game-application which served as the foundation for Patio Interactive’s project.
